Hi, I'm Max, the chef behind Bravo Good Food.
For 17 years, the kitchen has been my second home. It started with a passion for food and a love for the moment when people take their first bite and smile. That feeling has guided me through every kitchen I've worked in.
From Restaurant Kitchens to Weddings of 1,000
I began as a Head Chef in a dairy restaurant, creating fresh, authentic dishes from scratch. Then I moved into wedding halls, where I learned to cook for up to 1,000 guests at a time, keeping every plate as fresh and beautiful as if it were cooked for a family of four.
Later, I worked in a private hospital kitchen. It taught me that food can be more than delicious. It can be healthy, thoughtful, and made with real care for each person's needs. That's why dietary requirements are never an afterthought for us.

Today, I bring all of this experience to Canada. Bravo Good Food is a catering service built on authentic Middle Eastern flavors, professional service, and menus designed around your celebration.
