My name is Maxim, the Chef behind Bravo Good Food. I have been working in the kitchen for 17 years, and cooking has always been my passion. I worked as a Head Chef in a Dairy Restaurant, creating fresh and authentic dishes. I also cooked in wedding halls, preparing food for large events with up to 1,000 guests. Later, I worked in a private hospital kitchen, where I gained experience with dietary menus and healthy food options. Now I bring this experience to Canada.
